חלוץ בתחום הצלילים המרפאים  ,Sound Healing מאז 1990, חוקר ומפתח שיטת ריפוי בצליל למעלה מ-35 שנה. מתווה דרך ומכשיר מטפלים בגישה ייחודית שיצר מתוך ניסיון מעשי, חקירה מתמשכת, והבנת מהות הצליל לעומקו.

מאז 1990 פועל שיר במרחב שבין יצירה להקשבה. הוא הופיע וניגן עם הרכבים מגוונים, שילב מוזיקה מקורית עם תיאטרון, סיפורים וסרטים, ולקח חלק בפסקולים לסרטים שהוקרנו ברחבי העולם.

עד כה ערך והוביל מעל ל-4,000 הופעות ואירועים, בנוסף לסדנאות וריטיריטים – בארץ ובעולם.

רשומים על שמו כיוצר ומפיק מעל ל150 יצירות מקוריות.

עם לקוחותיו נמנים גופים מוכרים, ממשלתיים, חינוכיים ופרטיים. כגון מוזיאונים, בתי ספר למוזיקה.

Sheer Sofer – performing artist, composer of original music, and multi-instrumentalist known for playing rare instruments from around the world alongside string instruments.

 He is also an electronic sound engineer, music producer, and consultant.

 

A pioneer in the field of Sound Healing, since 1990, Sheer Sofer has been researching and developing therapeutic methods using sound for over 35 years. He trains practitioners and leads a unique healing approach rooted in deep listening, hands-on experience, and a profound understanding of the essence of sound.

 

Since 1990, Sheer has worked at the intersection of creation and listening. He has performed and collaborated with diverse ensembles, combining original music with theater, storytelling, and film. His work has featured in international film soundtracks.

 

To date, he has led and performed in over 4,000 events, including concerts, workshops, and retreats – both in Israel and abroad.

He holds credits for over 150 original compositions as a creator and producer.

 

His clients include well-known organizations, governmental bodies, educational institutions, and private clients.

He is a registered member of ACUM (the Israeli Performing Rights Society) and part of the national cultural education program (Sal Tarbut).
